Terms and Conditions

We aim to send you all course information, including handouts and links, 24 hours prior to the event. 

CPD bookings are refundable provided at least 30 days’ notice is given prior to the start of the course, this does not apply to the Chinese Medicine Nutrition course or to any webinars or online events. Please note, we are unable to transfer funds to another should you be unable to attend. 

If the course is full, we will put your name on the waiting list and contact you if we receive any cancellations. Please note that in the rare event that a course must be cancelled, we will inform you as soon as possible and refund the ticket cost. However, we are unable to refund fares or accommodation costs that you may have incurred.
